As part of its 25th anniversary celebration, EXTOL engaged with the Arketi Group, a high-tech B2B marketing agency, to send an anonymous survey to its customers to determine customer satisfaction levels, and uncover ways to best serve them in the future. The survey also included calculating EXTOL's Net Promoter Score®.
