LOUIS, Dec. 20, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Express Scripts Holding Company (Nasdaq: ESRX) announced today its intention to release its fourth quarter earnings and 2014 earnings guidance on Thursday, February 20, 2014 after the market closes and has scheduled an investor day meeting in New York City at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time on February 21, 2014.  In addition to discussing fourth quarter earnings and 2014 earnings guidance, senior management will review the Company's strategies to deliver long-term growth and enhance shareholder value.  The presentation will also be broadcast via the Internet and can be accessed on the investor relations section of the Express Scripts web site at http://www.express-scripts.com.
