LOUIS, Oct. 23, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Express Scripts Holding Company (Nasdaq: ESRX), one of the largest pharmacy benefit management companies in North America, announced today its intention to release its third quarter earnings on Monday, November 5, 2012 after the market closes and will hold its quarterly conference call to discuss third quarter results on Tuesday, November 6, 2012, at 9:30 a.m. Eastern Time (8:30 a.m. Central Time).
The Company expects to provide 2013 guidance in conjunction with its fourth quarter earnings release.
