Express Group Holdings, LLC Names John Matheson Chief Executive Officer
TULSA, Okla., Aug. 30, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Express Group Holdings, LLC today announced the appointment of John Matheson as Chief Executive Officer and President. Mr. Matheson, who previously served as the company's President, replaces Terry Cowan, formerly the company's CEO. Mr. Matheson will also continue to serve as a member of the company's Board of Directors. Mr. Cowan has retired from the company.

Mr. Matheson is a Certified Public Accountant and a graduate of Harvard Business School, Georgetown University Law Center, and the University of Oklahoma School of Business.
