His practice focuses on regulatory, distribution and litigation issues facing the alcoholic beverage industry. Mr. Sorini earned a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and a B.A. from Lehigh University.
Arthur J. DeCelle, counsel in the Washington, D.C. office of McDermott Will & Emery LLP, focuses his practice on alcoholic beverage regulation at all levels of government and on legal and public policy challenges facing heavily regulated industries. Prior to joining McDermott, Mr. DeCelle was the general counsel of the Beer Institute for 16 years. He has also held senior staff positions in the U.S. House of Representatives and has worked on several federal political campaigns. Mr. DeCelle earned a J.D. from George Mason University School of Law and B.A. and M.A. degrees from St. John's University.
