Expert Gives Advice on Ending Cycle of Self Harm

CHICAGO, Sept. 4, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Many individuals struggling with self-harm often find themselves stuck in a cycle. The cycle impairs how they function in daily life and can become an addiction.
