Experienced Litigator Jody Sheets Rejoins Hicks Thomas Law Firm in Dallas

DALLAS, Oct. 7, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Civil litigation attorney Jody Sheets, who has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of cases for more than 42 years, is rejoining the law firm Hicks Thomas LLP in its Dallas office, where he practiced a decade ago.

Honored among the state's top civil litigators in the annual Texas Super Lawyers list, Mr. Sheets is Board Certified in Civil Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.

Mr. Sheets' work over the years meshes neatly with Hicks Thomas' core areas. His cases range from personal injury and pharmaceutical litigation to energy and contractual disputes. He has handled a number of significant cases involving oil and gas contracts, winning substantial verdicts and settlements for both plaintiffs and defendants.
