Experienced Agents Look to the Future and Join Thriving Tech Startup, Triplemint

NEW YORK, May 18, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Triplemint today announced that nine veteran agents have joined the NYC-based real estate tech startup, continuing a surge of recent growth for the company. These agents include Boris Sharapan Fabrikant, Collin Bond, Sarah Bhagwansingh, and Maurice Mizrahi from the Sharapan Fabrikant Team at Douglas Elliman; Lawrence Lee, Andrew Feldman, GieFaan Kim, and Maria Perry (the latter three of which work together as the Ampersand Team) from Keller Williams; and Julie Gans from the Corcoran Group.

Boris Sharapan Fabrikant, founder of the Sharapan Fabrikant Team, joins Triplemint from Douglas Elliman, bringing with him senior agent Collin Bond and team members Maurice Mizrahi and Sarah Bhagwansingh. Lawrence Lee, a founding member of Keller Williams NYC, has developed a remarkable resume during his time within the industry. Lawrence has overseen some of Manhattan's largest real estate transactions as part of a nationally-ranked, top-producing team, completing well over $2 billion in transactions. This included landmark deals like sales at the Time Warner Center, 211 East 51st, and several notable penthouses across the city.

Lawrence believes that a strong company culture is a significant contributing factor in the success of an agent and team. GieFaan is excited to make the transition alongside his Ampersand Team business partner Andrew Feldman. Andrew, a lifelong New Yorker, brings keen market insights and decades of valuable experience to the Triplemint sales team. As the other co-founder of the Ampersand Team at Triplemint, he will utilize his expertise in market trend analysis and negotiation to benefit his clients. When asked of his experiences within the company so far, he replied, "I can already tell that this was a great move. My partner and I are excited, as the vision for Ampersand is very much in line with Triplemint's vision. They've supported us and given us the tools we need to accomplish our goals."

The Ampersand Team will specialize in commercial and investment property sales and leasing, new construction assets, and residential resale and rental transactions. In addition to GieFaan and Andrew, the team will include experienced real estate professional Maria Perry.

Triplemint is excited to round off the influx of top-tier talent with experienced broker Julie Gans. As a 2016 Corcoran Multimillion Dollar Club Member, Julie is coming off a record year. She hopes to leverage this achievement into continued success at Triplemint.
