ExpenseWatch.com Releases Custom Reporting Module, Providing Customers with Complete Flexibility to Analyze Company Spending Information
CONSHOHOCKEN, Pa., June 28 /PRNewswire/ -- ExpenseWatch.com has released its Custom Reporting module, providing customers with complete flexibility to measure and analyze company spending information captured within the expense management system.
ExpenseWatch.com Custom Reporting is an add-on module that extends the reporting capabilities included with each subscription, giving companies the ability to create, view and schedule a wide-range of reports and dashboards specific to their business needs.
"We have always been happy with the level of control and visibility into spending ExpenseWatch.com provides. The new reporting tool is the final piece of the puzzle, the component which I believe we all look for in our ideal expense management system," said Johnathan Oswalt, financial and procurement consultant with The Detroit Institute of Arts.
"A key benefit to automating your expense management processes with ExpenseWatch.com is the business insight you gain by measuring and analyzing the information captured within the system," said Bill Vergantino, president and CEO. "Every ExpenseWatch.com subscription offers the ability to report on and analyze company spending. Our new custom reporting module extends these capabilities enabling each customer to define, build and distribute the kind of reports and dashboards they require to meet their business needs specifically."
The Custom Reporting module introduces three optional subscriptions to the ExpenseWatch.com system: Builder, Viewer and Scheduler. Most companies will need a few people to build reports and dashboards, while a larger group will want to view and interact with the information. As a third option, customers may subscribe to a scheduling feature that allows reports to be delivered automatically via email.
The Custom Reporting Builder includes a powerful wizard with comprehensive visualization tools, providing multiple ways to build, view and interact with expense data from within the Custom Reporting module. The report builder is populated with a growing library of reports to jumpstart report creation. Builders can also export reports in popular file formats, such as Microsoft Excel, PDF, CSV, and HTML, and email them to anyone regardless of whether they have a Builder or Viewer Custom Reporting module subscription.
The Custom Reporting Viewer lets users interact with and review reports and dashboards from within the Custom Reporting module. These reports are dynamic, allowing users to drill into them for more details or filter the data to interrogate the information the way they want.
For those who need critical information at a specific time, the Custom Reporting Scheduler can be optionally added. Reports can be scheduled for delivery via email to anyone who has permission to build and/or view reports in the company.
ExpenseWatch.com Custom Reporting is part of the comprehensive, fully integrated expense control suite, which also includes modules for Expense Reports, Purchasing and AP Invoice Management. With ExpenseWatch.com, companies eliminate time and resource consuming manual, paper-based expense management processes, while automatically ensuring spending policies are applied and enforced. ExpenseWatch.com provides complete visibility into all company spending -- what's been paid, and the purchases, invoices and expense reports waiting to be approved or paid. Subscriptions include implementation, training and support for all users. For more information call 866-399-2824 or visit www.ExpenseWatch.com.
