According to the Company, the organization will provide a full suite of products and services to both existing domestic U.S. customers currently doing business in Canada and new Canadian market customers. Additionally, Bank of America stated that David Ades will lead its new operations as General Manager for Bank of America Merchant Services in Canada. On June 2, 2014, STAG Industrial, Inc. (STAG Industrial) announced the Company's acquisition and leasing activities for May 2014. According to the Company, it has acquired three warehouse and distribution buildings containing a total of 411,460 sq. ft. for an c.$19 million in May 2014. The Company also signed one renewal lease consisting of approximately 226,000 sq. ft during the month.
