The GBC Economic Outlook Conference will focus on "Expanding Into Global Markets: Exporting your Goods and Services to Grow your Business."
Experts will discuss how the Greater Baltimore region can expand and improve export activities to stay competitive in today's global economy as part of its work on the Global Cities Initiative, a joint project of the Brookings Institution and JPMorgan Chase.
At the event a report with an assessment and study findings of the Baltimore metro region's current exports and the potential for growth will be released and discussed.
The Baltimore region, led by the GBC and partner organizations, was accepted in early 2015 to participate in the Global Cities Initiative.
