Exchange Media Corp. plans to focus on other Industrial sectors

DALIAN, Liaoning, China, Dec. 21 /PRNewswire/ - Arshad Shah, President and CEO of Exchange Media Corp., (EXMD.PK) announces on behalf of the Company.

EXMD plans to focus on other sector of industries, which in the Board's opinion will be beneficial for the Company and its shareholders.

In the past 24 months, since the beginning of the global financial meltdown, the Board felt that the Telecomm sector was cost intensive and highly competitive especially given the adverse financial conditions facing the industrialized economies.

As a part of our diversification plan, the Company will change its name and request a new symbol subject to regulatory approvals pending identification of the new industrial sector that the Company will seek to pursue.
