Exchange Media Corp. changes its name to Empire Oil Refineries Corp.

DALIAN, Liaoning, China, Feb. 1 /PRNewswire/ - Arshad Shah, President and CEO of Exchange Media Corp., (EXMD.PK) announces on behalf of Board of Director's of the Company that the new name has been registered and accepted by the State of Nevada.

In furtherance of the previous news release, the Company is currently seeking business opportunities in Oil and Gas sector.

Empire Oil plans to focus on this particular sector, which in the Board's opinion will be beneficial for the Company and its shareholders.

As a part of our diversification plan, the Company plans to file for name change and request a new symbol subject to regulatory approval by FINRA.
