Exchange Media Corp. applies to FINRA for name change to Empire Oil Refineries Corp.

LIAONING, China, Feb. 14 /PRNewswire/ - Arshad Shah, President and CEO of Exchange Media Corp., (EXMD.PK) announces on behalf of Board of Directors of the Company that the Company has submitted all the relevant documents to FINRA requesting name change and a new symbol on February 10^th 2011.

In furtherance of the previous news release, the Company is currently seeking business opportunities in Oil and Gas sector.

The Company has already indentified at least ONE business opportunity in the Oil and Gas business processing sector. The Company is quite confident that it will be successful acquiring this asset, subject to approval from both the parties involved.

Empire Oil plans to focus on this particular sector, which in the Board's opinion will be beneficial for the Company and its shareholders.
