Excella Consulting Adds Second Certified Scrum Trainer To Agile Training Division
ARLINGTON, Va., Aug. 7, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Excella Consulting, an Arlington-based technology consulting firm, announced today that Principal Consultant Fadi Stephan has received the Certified Scrum Trainer (CST) designation from the Scrum Alliance. Stephan, an internationally recognized Agile coach, is now one of approximately 170 trainers worldwide who are authorized to teach certified courses in Scrum. Stephan joins Richard Cheng as Excella's second CST and plans to expand the firm's Agile training capabilities in the DC area.

The CST designation is among the highest professional designations available to Agile practitioners. Stephan has more than 15 years of professional experience as a ScrumMaster, product manager, and software developer at organizations ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies and federal agencies. He currently leads Excella's Software Development practice where he helps organizations deliver value early and maximize ROI through the use of Agile methods. A graduate of The George Washington University, he leads several user groups in the Washington area including the DC Scrum Users Group.
