Exantas Capital Corp. Declares Quarterly Cash Dividends for Common Stock and Series C Preferred Stock
NEW YORK, March 11, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- Exantas Capital Corp. (NYSE: XAN) (the "Company") announced today that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.275 per common share for the quarter ending March 31, 2020. The dividend will be paid on April 28, 2020 to holders of record on March 31, 2020.
The Company's Board of Directors also declared a cash dividend on its 8.625% Fixed-to-Floating Series C Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock for the period from January 31, 2020 through and including April 30, 2020 in the amount of $0.539063 per share. The dividend will be paid on April 30, 2020 to holders of record on April 1, 2020.
