Ex-PayPal, Intuit CEO, Bill Harris, Joins SuccessFactors Board of Directors
Former CEO of PayPal and Intuit and IT Entrepreneur Brings Deep Vision and Strategy to Global Leader in Business Execution Software
SAN MATEO, Calif., Jan. 17, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Today, SuccessFactors, Inc. (Nasdaq: SFSF) announced the appointment of William H. Harris, Jr., to the company's Board of Directors, effective immediately. Mr. Harris was formerly CEO of PayPal, as well as Intuit, and has held several board positions.

Harris was formerly president of ChipSoft, CEO of Intuit, and CEO of PayPal.
Mr. Harris joins the SuccessFactors Board as long-time member Dave Whorton leaves the board. Mr. Whorton has served on the SuccessFactors Board since April 2003.
