Evolver Wins USPTO Contract to Provide Information Technology End User Support (EUS) Services
RESTON, Va., Feb. 22 /PRNewswire/ -- Evolver, Inc. was awarded a $132M contract by the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) to provide information technology support services across the enterprise.
The USPTO has an employee base of approximately 9,000 that carry out its mission to administer the laws and regulations related to patents and trademarks in order to promote industrial and technical progress in the United States. Under the End User Support services contract, Evolver will provide information and technology operations and maintenance services including Network and Security Operations and Management, Desktop Deployment and Field Support, Web TA Call Center support, Integrated Enterprise Baseline Support, Asset Management, Warehouse Operations, and Audio/Visual Tech Support.
