DENVER, Feb. 28, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Evolve Vacation Rental, a next-generation vacation rental management company, announced today that it has expanded its leadership team with three key hires to address and accelerate the company's rapid growth.
"Our mission is to make vacation rental easy for everyone--owners and guests. But making it easy for our customers is actually pretty complex. The combined experience and strategic capabilities we're adding to our leadership team will help us continue elevating our operation and will add more fuel to the innovative, customer-first culture we've built here since day one," said Brian Egan, CEO and co-founder of Evolve.
Founded in 2011, Evolve currently has a portfolio of more than 10,000 properties and has secured over $500 million in rental income for its owners. The company manages all aspects of marketing and booking vacation rental properties, while providing homeowners the option to configure on-the-ground services to their liking, including access to a vetted network of local partners.
"Our unique model for vacation rental management is attracting owners and guests at a rapid pace. It's more important than ever to supercharge our culture and company infrastructure to ensure that Evolve continues to provide a transformative experience for all of our customers," said Adam Sherry, Chief Customer Officer and co-founder of Evolve. "The experiences of our new team members will add to our momentum as we expand."
Rob Levy, Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial Officer, Rob will help drive Evolve's continued growth by leading Finance and Business Operations. Most recently, he was CEO of Sustainable Beverage Technologies. Previously, Rob spent six years at HomeAdvisor (now ANGI) as SVP/GM, International and Operations, VP, Finance and Business Operations, and head of Corporate Strategy during a period of strong, sustained growth. His experience at HomeAdvisor gives him a deep understanding of how a business services platform can unlock value as it scales.
Alison Meadows, Senior Vice President, People
As SVP of People, Alison will be responsible for all Human Resources functions, including a comprehensive people strategy that focuses on the critical areas of talent acquisition and leadership development. Prior to Evolve, Alison was Chief People Officer at Ibotta, a large retail tech company in Denver, and led the efforts to triple their technical, sales, and support teams in just over two years. Alison also spent more than eleven years at the fast-casual restaurant concept, Noodles & Company, where she led the HR practice during their fastest growth and IPO.
Mike Keenan, General Counsel
As General Counsel, Mike will be responsible for Evolve's legal and regulatory affairs, including navigating the shifting regulatory environment affecting the vacation rental industry. Prior to Evolve, Mike held various leadership roles in the legal department at Vail Resorts, Inc., a publicly-traded mountain resort company. During Mike's tenure at Vail Resorts, the company grew its resort portfolio from five to eighteen ski areas in three different countries, becoming a leading financial performer in the travel and leisure sector.
