Evolution Fuels Provides Additional Information Regarding Letter Agreement for Potential Financing

DALLAS, Feb. 3 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Evolution Fuels, Inc. (Pink Sheets: EVFN) (the "Company") today clarified the "Supplemental Information" filing which can be found on the Pink Sheets OTC Markets website (www.pinksheets.com) under "Filings" for Evolution Fuels.

In the filing, the Company describes the execution of a letter agreement with BlackHawk Capital Partners, LLC.  

In the letter agreement between the parties, BlackHawk is to act as a provider of senior debt financing through a series of funds that they control.  Any and all funds related to financing activities through BlackHawk are contemplated to be long-term debt on a project-by-project basis.  The terms set forth do not require Evolution Fuels to provide any type of equity to BlackHawk, therefore, any financings through Blackhawk would not be dilutive to holders of the Company's common stock.

Evolution's management stated that the Company is in the process of exploring additional term financing opportunities for certain of its planned rollouts of fuel stations under the "Evolution Fuels" brand and truck stop travel plazas under its "Legends Travel Plazas" brand.
