Evolution Announces its 2016 Fiscal Fourth Quarter and Fiscal Year End Earnings Release Conference Call, Declares Dividend on Common Stock and Participation in Rodman & Renshaw Global Investment Conference

HOUSTON, Aug. 23, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Evolution Petroleum Corporation (NYSE MKT: EPM) announced today that it will release its financial and operational results for its fiscal fourth quarter and fiscal year ended June 30, 2016 after the market closes on Wednesday, September 7, 2016. An investor conference call to review the results will be held on Thursday, September 8, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. Eastern (10:00 a.m. Central). The call will be hosted by Randy Keys, Chief Executive Officer and President and David Joe, Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President.

Cash Dividend

The Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.05 per share of common stock, which will be paid on September 30, 2016 to common stockholders of record on September 15, 2016. This is the twelfth consecutive quarterly payment of cash dividends. We expect this payment to be treated as a qualified dividend for income tax purposes.
