Evergrande's Sales Volume Reaching 56.21 Billion Yuan, Makes a New Record in History with Its Synchronous Rise on Production and Price
BEIJING, June 6, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- The briefing of Evergrande Group's achievements in May released on June 6th indicates that its sales volume in May has surpassed ten billion with a considerable amount up to 11.82 billion and becomes one of the few large real estate enterprises that grow against the trend across the country with an immense year-on-year growth of 28.3% against the trend. In May, Evergrande has realized a sales area of 1.866 million square kilometers and continues to rank at the first place with a year-on-year growth of 45.1%.

Industry analysts point out that Evergrande has realized a sales volume of 56.21 billion Yuan in the first five months in 2014 with a target completion surpassing 50%, which reflects that the "following the market trend" sales strategy of Evergrande keeps generating power and that its products meets the current needs with a high performance-cost ratio and a synchronous rise on production and price.
