EVENT: Academic Award Ceremony and Parent Recognition Part of Perrine SDA National School Choice Week Celebration - January 28

PALMETTO BAY, Fla., Jan. 28, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Academic awards will be handed out and parents will be recognized for all they do by their students on January 28 as Perrine SDA School celebrates National School Choice Week. Throughout the week, students will also show their support for school choice by ringing the school bell at the start of NSCW, creating posters about why they love Perrine SDA, releasing balloons, and wearing signature NSCW yellow scarves.

The events, which will be held during the week of January 27-31, will be part of 5,500+ independently-planned ones taking place during National School Choice Week 2014 – the nation's largest-ever celebration of educational opportunity.

	Mon—Students will ring the school bell and assemble at the flag pole to kick off National School Choice Week..
	Tue – At 7 p.m., academic awards will be given to students and parents will be recognized for choosing Perrine SDA for their children.
