Salesforce1 – The Customer Platform to Connect with Customers in Whole New Ways
The world is becoming completely connected. Every day millions of new products, apps and devices are connecting to the Internet. By 2020, there will be more than 50 billion connected things, from smartphones and thermostats to jet engines and cars. And behind every product, every app and every device, there is a customer. Salesforce1 Customer Platform is the new social, mobile and cloud customer platform built for the Internet of Customers— where every company can connect with their customers, employees and partners through the next generation of devices, apps and products. Product Key Features
Managers can assign a patient to a Care Navigator and the Care Navigator can either accept or decline the new patient. If the Care Navigator declines a patient they can include the reason for declining and the Manager will be notified so they can reassign the patient to another Care Navigator.
With the Cancer Care Navigation App, the Care Navigator can access their personalized workflow including their patient listings, open activities, care team members and advanced directives. Additionally, the Care Navigator can access Salesforce Chatter on a patient record, view communications and patient assignment history, and access any on-going dialog between the Care Team members. When managing multiple treatment plans in multiple locations, mobile access to the relevant patient data is critical to patient care.
Dreamforce 2013 is the world's largest software conference, and expects more than 130,000 people to register to attend this year's 11th annual conference and experience the power of social and mobile cloud computing and connect with their customers in a whole new way.
