EV Energy Partners Announces Quarterly Cash Distribution and Schedules First Quarter 2015 Earnings Release Conference Call on Monday, May 11, 2015 at 9:00 a.m. ET
HOUSTON, April 30, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- EV Energy Partners, L.P. (Nasdaq: EVEP) today announced a cash distribution attributable to the first quarter of 2015 of $0.50 per unit for all of its outstanding units. The distribution will be payable on May 15, 2015, to unit holders of record at the close of business on May 11, 2015.
Additionally, EVEP announced plans to release first quarter 2015 results on Monday, May 11, 2015 prior to market open. In conjunction with the release, EV Energy Partners has scheduled a conference call on Monday, May 11, 2015 at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (8:00 a.m. Central), which will be broadcast live over the Internet.
