The customer chose Eurotech to extend the lifecycle of some of their perfusion management devices using the ARM technology on the TurboXb. "Leading customers renew their reliance on Eurotech's embedded technologies for their mission-critical solutions," commented Greg Nicoloso, Chief Executive Officer of Eurotech Inc. "We are committed to supporting our customers in tough application fields like the medical space, throughout the lifecycle of their products, so that they can extend the revenue-generating lifetime of their devices by staying with Eurotech."
The TurboXb computer on module is the processor module for a full-featured embedded computing system. Based on the Marvell PXA270M RISC-based processor, TurboXb CoM provides the processing capabilities for a high performance system with very low power consumption in a small form factor. It features rich graphics to SVGA with interfaces to 10/100baseT Ethernet, USB host, serial ports and analog inputs.
