EuroSite Power Appoints New Member to Board of Directors
WALTHAM, Mass., March 8, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- EuroSite Power Inc., an On-Site Utility, offering clean electricity, heat, hot water and cooling solutions to healthcare, multifamily housing and hotel properties in the United Kingdom and Europe, today announced the appointment of James C. Devas to the Company's Board of Directors. Mr. Devas joins John N. Hatsopoulos, Chairman, Barry J. Sanders, CEO of EuroSite Power, and Dr. Ahmed F. Ghoniem, who was named to the board in January.
