On Etsy.com, shoppers can browse more than 18 million creative items, ranging from art to furniture to vintage fashion, and everything in between. Whether searching for a specific item or browsing the top trends, there's something for everyone. But when a shopper is in the mood to be inspired, curated selections from partners offer fresh picks through an editorial eye.
"Each curated page on Etsy guides shoppers around the marketplace through a different lens," said Heather Burkman, Product Marketing Manager, Etsy. "Selections from favorite tastemakers can open doors to items a shopper may have never seen before, and following unfamiliar brands and influencers can lead to delightful new discoveries."
Curation has long been a part of Etsy through community-created treasuries, editors' picks gift guides, and selections from guest bloggers and pinners. Etsy Pages allows new voices to share their favorites within the shopping experience on Etsy, embedded on their own channels, and through social sharing tools. The diverse backgrounds, interests and followings of each partner provide unique perspectives into the wide variety of goods found on Etsy. In addition, partners can reach new followers and fans looking for interesting ways to explore the marketplace.
"It's kismet to be one of the first to partner with Etsy on the Pages project," said Elizabeth Graves, Editor-in-Chief, Martha Stewart Weddings. "We're always combing the site to find the best makers for our Martha couples, so it's a natural (and fun!) extension to do it on this exciting new platform as well. We're all huge fans of Etsy here at Martha Stewart Weddings."
The first set of partners come from Australia, Canada, France, Germany, the United States and the United Kingdom, representing Etsy's worldwide audience. More partners will be added throughout the fall. For a complete list of Etsy Pages partners, visit http://etsy.me/17WOpnH.
