REDWOOD CITY, Calif., Aug. 25, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- According to a recent report by Dell'Oro Group, the trusted source for information about the telecommunications, networks, and data center IT industries, the Layer 2-3 Ethernet Switch market grew 7 percent sequentially and 4 percent Y/Y in the second quarter 2015 to $5.9 billion.

The report also indicates that Cisco, HP, and Huawei remained the top three vendors in China combining for $500 million during the second quarter 2015. While the revenue share of these large U.S.-based vendors has declined versus the year-ago quarter, overall market sales in China were up.
