ETC Announces the Addition of Matthew Shatz, Managing Director, Prime Services
LOS ANGELES, Oct. 11, 2017 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Electronic Transaction Clearing Inc. ("ETC") announced today that Matthew Shatz has joined the company as Managing Director overseeing ETC's forthcoming Prime Services division based in New York. Prime Services provides execution, clearing, settlement, and custodial services to hedge funds and family offices. Mr. Shatz is also helping to advance and optimize services offered to the firm's professional trading, high-frequency, and routing and introduced brokerage clientele.
With more than 15 years of experience in the financial services industry, Mr. Shatz has extensive expertise in sales, trading, clearing, margin financing, and client reporting. He brings with him an impeccable reputation for developing a strong client base, enabling customers to grow their businesses while increasing firm revenue. Prior to joining ETC, Mr. Shatz has proven his ability to build profitable businesses at Newedge USA and other brokerage firms. Most recently, Mr. Shatz was the Global Head of Execution & Clearing at SageTrader, LLC.
