Debra Rossi is Executive Vice President of Wells Fargo and Chief Executive Officer for the Wells Fargo Merchant Services, LLC that provides payment services for retail and corporate customers. She is responsible for the business strategy and management of one of the largest payment processing businesses in the United States. Rossi has spent more than 20 years in the payments industry and has been instrumental in defining its landscape. She currently serves as the President Elect of the ETA and is an advisor for Visa's North American Risk Forum and Discover Card's Advisory Council.
Donald Boeding is President of Merchant Services at Vantiv where he is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the merchant services business, including sales, relationship management and new product development. Since joining the company in September 2004, Boeding has helped lead the company's transformation from a business unit of Fifth Third Bank to a fast growing, independent public company listed on the New York Stock Exchange. After Vantiv separated from Fifth Third in 2009, Boeding implemented successful strategies to broaden Vantiv's distribution channels, enter fast-growing merchant verticals, and form new technology partnerships enabling Vantiv to offer the latest payments products, all of which have facilitated Vantiv's rapid growth during the past several years. With more than 25 years of experience in merchant services, Boeding has taken important leadership roles within the industry, including serving as COO of Wells Fargo Merchant Services, Director of Merchant Services at Norwest Card Services and Merchant Services Manager at Commerce Bank of Kansas City. Brian Mooney is Chief Executive Officer at Bank of America Merchant Services. LLC. He oversees all aspects of Bank of America Merchant Services service delivery including client engagement, sales, operations, risk, and compliance. Prior to this position, Mooney served as a founding member of the Bank of America Merchant Services Management Committee until his appointment to the CEO role in February 2013. In 1998, he joined First Data and held various leadership positions, including President of First Data Merchant Services and Chief Financial Officer of First Data Merchant Services. He currently serves on the board of directors of the ETA. He also served as President of TeleCheck International Inc. and led various financial M & A efforts for First Data during his tenure.
