As part of free roadside assistance, Esurance is introducing a modern way for stranded motorists to stay connected, giving them added confidence when they need it most. While they're waiting for help to arrive, Esurance customers can receive detailed status updates on their smartphone, letting them know when the tow truck is en route, who the driver is, their phone number, and its estimated time of arrival. Additionally, GPS-enabled tow trucks will appear on a map view as they make their way to the vehicle.
Esurance free roadside assistance is currently available in Kansas, Minnesota, and Missouri for the following services:
