Esurance Earns a Spot as a Top Workplace in Tampa Bay

This is the third straight year that Esurance has made the list of best places to work in Tampa Bay.

The evaluation process for this program - administered by Workplace Dynamics - uses survey feedback from employees to assess a company's values and corporate culture. As part of the survey, employees answer questions on several topics, including practices and policies that make the company one of the best places to work. Then the company receives a final ranking based on leadership, compensation and training, workplace flexibility, and diversity. This year, 75 companies were nominated and close to 23,000 employees responded to the surveys.

Esurance's high marks are validation for its efforts to foster a dynamic, inclusive, and diverse workplace that values individual achievement and promotes personal development. Esurance received a similar honor last week, earning a spot on the "Best Places to Work in New Jersey" list, published by NJBIZ and the Best Companies Group (BCG).
