Esposito Welcomes Newest Member to Investment Banking Team

Esposito Securities is excited to announce its most recent hire and addition to the Investment Banking Team, Spencer Han. Spencer comes to us from Prudential Capital Group where he served as a Director in the Dallas Corporate Finance Group. While at Prudential Capital Group, Mr. Han's work included; completing over thirty-three private placement transactions that compromised of over $2.1 billion in senior debt, mezzanine and equity financing. His work was spread across a variety of industries including, manufacturing, distributors, business services and energy, among others. "I am very excited about the opportunity to join the Investment Banking team here at Esposito Securities. I have spent the last seven years working as a principal investor on senior debt, mezzanine and equity financing. My extensive experience working on the buy side will bring a unique perspective to the team and will provide value to existing and prospective clients," said Mr. Han.

Prior to Prudential, Mr. Han was an Electrical Engineer at Lockheed Martin Aeronautics in Fort Worth, Texas where he developed new electrical power systems for F-16 and F-35 fighter aircrafts, this, only further exemplifying his breadth of knowledge. Mr. Han received his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan and a M.B.A from the University of Texas. Currently he has completed level one and level two of the Chartered Financial Analyst exam and is a level three candidate. "We are excited about Spencer joining the Esposito Investment Banking team.   His extensive experience structuring a wide variety of private placement transactions will allow Esposito to continue to build upon the rapidly growing Investment Banking platform and allow our clients to benefits from his experience and expertise," said Jared Behnke, Head of Investment Banking.
