The Esposito Investment Banking team continues to exceed expectations, and we are looking to add individuals to the team that will maintain the positive trend.  The Firm is looking to hire Investment Bankers to originate and execute deal flow in all sectors under coverage. Esposito has a well-developed, growing institutional sales and trading platform and is seeking to further ramp up the Investment Banking arm. "We have had a tremendous launch of the Investment Banking business and are looking to build a team that will enable Esposito Securities to continue to develop the depth and breadth of the industries covered and products and services offered to our clients," said Jared Behnke, Head of the Investment Banking team.  The ideal candidate for the position will have a strong Investment Banking background, the ability to take initiative and function independently, and outstanding qualitative and quantitative analytical skills. A successful candidate should exhibit the ability to handle a fast-paced environment and various projects simultaneously.

This includes corporate access, institutional PAIRS research, REIT trading research, execution of all domestic asset classes, international trading, and soft dollar programs. In order to successfully fill the positions, experience in selling one or more of our product offerings, knowledge of equity markets, superior time management skills, and excellent client relationship skills are desired.

The Esposito Bond Group is searching for a qualified individual to fill Bond Sales positions and grow the current team. Ideal candidates will have portable existing investor relationships with high net worth individuals, RIAs, banks, trust companies and insurance companies.  The position will require the ability to excel at marketing and selling fixed income opportunities utilizing a needs-based client profile in order to retain and grow the investor/customer base.
