Esposito is Excited to Welcome its New Chief Financial Officer

We've recently added an experienced, highly qualified member to our team to serve as our Chief Financial Officer. Doug Townsend has been in the securities industry for over 18 years serving as Controller, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer for various broker-dealers and registered investment advisors. "I am excited to join the Esposito Global family of companies and to help lead them to grow within their existing businesses as well as to expand our products and services to meet the needs of our outstanding clients," said Townsend. He has held positions at Jackson National Life Distributors LLC, Curian Capital LLC, Curian Clearing LLC, NatCity Investments Inc. and Raffensperger, Hughes & Co. Mr. Townsend received a BS in Accounting, Summa Cum Laude, from Ball State University, is a Certified Public Accountant (in Indiana and Colorado), a Certified Management Accountant, and currently holds FINRA series 7, 24, 27 and 99 registrations.

Mr. Townsend has served on the Boards of Directors of multiple non-profit organizations and was an elected member of the Board of Education for the Metropolitan School District of Pike Township, Indianapolis, Indiana. Additionally, Doug has held positions as Treasurer and Assistant Secretary for the Sagamore Funds Trust; President & Chief Executive Officer of Colorado's Ocean Journey, a non-profit aquarium providing educational and entertainment opportunities to the Denver and Rocky Mountain region; and as Senior Audit Manager with Price Waterhouse. The various companies and other organizations that Doug has been a part of greatly contribute to his ability to succeed in our CFO position, and we are excited to welcome him to our team!
