ESN to Provide Engineering and Technical Support to SPAWAR as Subcontractor in Navy Contract

ARLINGTON, Va., Jan. 25, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Engineering Services Network, Inc (ESN), a trusted leader in technology and engineering solutions, announced today that it's a part of a team led by L-3 Command & Control Systems and Software (C2S2), which was awarded one of the two competitively procured Multiple Award Contracts (MAC).

The potential cumulative value of this indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity MAC is an estimated $182,000,000, if all option years and award terms are exercised, and will be shared between the two winning bids.

The contract was awarded in July by Space and Naval Warfare (SPAWAR) Systems Center Atlantic of Charleston, SC.  L-3 Command & Control Systems and Software (C2S2) is the prime contractor.  ESN is one of the subcontractors for L-3 Command & Control Systems and Software (C2S2) .

Under the contract, ESN will provide U.S. Navy fleet C4ISR ISEA engineering and technical services, including surface and submarine units. Other C4ISR services are required to maintain, test, evaluate, repair and logistically support fleet legacy communications systems and equipment. C4ISR services involve engineering, integrating, training, provisioning and managing the following systems: Common Submarine Radio Room (CSRR), mini-DAMA, DMR DAMA, JTT, GBS, HFRG, Teleport, BMD, TDL, HSFB and other systems as required.
