PORTLAND, Ore., Oct. 20 /PRNewswire/ -- ESCO Corporation will release its report required under indenture section 4.03(a)(1) to noteholders on October 29, 2010. The report will be posted to a secure data site with access granted by the Company.  A conference call with management will be held on November 1, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time.
