ERT Awarded CIO-SP3 Contract for IT Solutions and Services, as a Member of Hygeia Solution Partners
Government-Wide Acquisition Contract Provides Solutions for Healthcare and Scientific IT Projects
LAUREL, Md., May 31, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- ERT, Inc. today announced that it is on a winning team of the Chief Information Officer – Solutions Partners 3 (CIO-SP3) Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) for IT solutions and services. The contract was awarded to Hygeia Solutions Partners, a joint venture of four healthcare and IT services firms, of which ERT is a member. The indefinite delivery indefinite quantity government-wide acquisition contract has a period of performance of 10 years and a ceiling of $20 billion.
The contract, which is managed by the National Institute of Health IT Acquisition and Assessment Center (NITAAC), provides a vehicle for federal agencies and state and local governments to easily procure services and solutions in ten task areas including IT services for biomedical research and healthcare, CIO support, imaging, outsourcing, IT operations and maintenance, integration services, critical infrastructure protection & information assurance, digital government, enterprise management systems, and software development.
