SARATOGA, Calif., Dec. 17, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Erik's DeliCafe, the California-based restaurant franchise, opened its 34^th restaurant this week in Saratoga's Quito Village Shopping Center. The latest addition to Saratoga's dining scene, Erik's offers fresh sandwiches, panini sandwiches, wraps, salads, soups made-from-scratch and gluten-free options, all of which have raised the bar in healthy, quick-service dining.

Adding to a menu of California classics like the Pilgrim's Progress (turkey, avocado and sprouts sandwich), Erik's lunchtime lineup also touts slow-simmered soups from family recipes and hot sandwiches like the Raging Bull (Roast Beef, Mild Green Chili Peppers and Pepper Jack Cheese, heated on a Peppered Onion Roll). The Saratoga DeliCafe is open late for dinner and also offers a wide variety of catering services.

Located at 18800 Cox Avenue, Erik's DeliCafe of Saratoga is open to the public Monday through Saturday, 10am – 9pm; Sunday, 10am – 7pm, with plenty of free parking and free Wi-Fi for guests.
