With the signing of this pledge, Ericsson commits to providing individuals with opportunities to develop skills that will help them succeed, not just in their current role, but throughout their careers.
Over the next five years, Ericsson will create 50,000 enhanced career opportunities for individuals in the U.S. workforce. Opportunities will include increased apprenticeships, work-based learning programs, continuing education, on-the-job training and reskilling.
Niklas Heuveldop, President and Head of Ericsson North America, says, "At Ericsson, we believe that continuous learning is essential to remaining competitive in the marketplace.
