Ericom Software Appoints Joshua Behar as President and CEO

CLOSTER, N.J., March 3, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Ericom Software, a global leader in application access and desktop virtualization solutions, today announced the appointment of Joshua Behar as Chief Executive Officer. Formerly the President of Ericom, Mr. Behar will succeed founder and CEO Eran Heyman. Mr. Heyman will assume the role of Chairman and Chief Architect and will continue to help guide the company he founded in 1993.

Joshua joined Ericom in May 2014 as President, driving numerous business initiatives and multiple changes to the company's business structure. In his new role as President and CEO, Mr. Behar will lead the strategic direction of the company including global growth initiatives.

Mr. Behar has more than 25 years of experience in sales, operations, management and consulting. Before joining Ericom he was General Manager of Time To Know U.S., an innovative startup in the education space. Spanning 11 years, Mr. Behar held many executive roles at Amdocs, the market leader in software and services for service providers in the communications, media and entertainment industries. His last position was Chief Operating Officer of Amdocs Management Consulting division. Previously he served as Corporate Vice President & Head of Worldwide Sales at Amdocs. Prior to working at Amdocs, Mr. Behar held various management and sales positions in the IT industry.

Mr. Behar was recently included in the 2015 CRN Channel Chiefs list, CRN's annual view of the executives responsible for running channels at today's IT vendors. CRN Channel Chiefs represent the channel elite, those executives who consistently promote and execute best-in-class channel partner programs that create and accelerate revenue.

Mr. Behar holds a BA in Economics from UCLA and an MBA in Marketing from Bar-Ilan University.
