Montanaro brings deep Asia Pacific market background to global leader in mobile trade-in solutions
IRVING, Texas, June 2, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- eRecyclingCorps (eRC), a global leader in wireless device trade-in solutions, today announced the appointment of Mauro Montanaro as general manager of APAC (Asia Pacific). Montanaro's telecommunications experience in the Asia Pacific market will help guide eRC as the company continues to grow its global operations.

Montanaro began his career at Nokia and rose to vice president of sales, multimedia and customer and market operations for South East Asia Pacific, where he managed a 44-member distributor network and 70,000 retailer points of sales networks across 14 countries, driving record growth for the company in the region. Montanaro developed and delivered a Nokia experience that bundled digital content with every phone and service program, finding consistent value for consumers, distributors and the company. He later became CEO and president of Fox Mobile Group, one of the largest mobile content providers in the world. Montanaro also has held leadership positions at Microsoft and Newkia prior to joining eRC.
