Epson Provides Educators With Comprehensive, Easy-to-Use Federal Funding Grant Template and Product Alignments for Epson Technology Solutions
Alignments Confirm and Template Simplifies Adding Epson Products to IDEA, Title 1 Part A, ARRA School Improvement, and Other Grants
ORLANDO, Fla., Feb. 1, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- FETC, Booth #711 -- Epson America is streamlining the process for educators to add Epson products when applying for federal funding grants by providing the necessary information required on applications. Epson now offers product alignments for three major federal grant applications: IDEA, Title 1 Part A, and ARRA School Improvement; as well as a universal grant template that includes the extensive product manufacturer information required in grant applicants.
Both the grant template and product alignments cover Epson projectors, document cameras and sound enhancement systems. The universal grant template provides K-12 and higher education institutions with the information needed to apply for funding to purchase Epson technology products. The product alignment for IDEA, Title 1 Part A, and ARRA School Improvement Grants ensures educators that each grant has been reviewed by Epson and the recommended Epson products meet the stated grant requirements.
"Education continues to face tough economic times, and because of this we have prioritized our efforts to offer customers tools to make the grant application process less time consuming," said Heather Litus Johnston, product manager, K-12 Education Market, Epson America, Inc. "These new grant resources make it easy to identify Epson products that can be purchased with grant funding."
The grant templates can be found on the Epson Brighter Futures website. Epson Brighter Futures was developed to give educators the opportunity to make the most of their technology budget. Epson products are designed to deliver low cost of ownership, high performance and reliability, as well as the features and functions educators need most to support teaching and learning in the classroom, the computer lab, the auditorium, and anywhere students and educators engage in instruction. The Epson product lines featured in the alignments and grant template are projectors, document cameras, and sound enhancement systems.
