EPiServer Announces Record First Half of 2010

CHICAGO, Sept. 28 /PRNewswire/ -- EPiServer, the world's fastest growing provider of platforms that drive online engagement, today announced its first-half 2010 financial results. Revenue increased by 22 percent in the first half of the year when compared to the same period in 2009, driven by expansion of the partner ecosystem and continued growth in the US.

The surge was fueled by EPiServer's continued expansion into the North American market with new customer wins in the education, healthcare, publishing, financial and energy vertical markets, bringing the total of global EPiServer customers to more than 3,500 companies. In the second quarter alone, the company signed five new customers in the North American market including Summit Business Media, Adaptive Marketing and Worldpoint, among others.

EPiServer additionally continues to grow its partner ecosystem, signing up more than 26 new reseller partners globally in the second quarter for a total of more than 460 channel partners worldwide.  In North America, the ecosystem has reached more than 35 valued partners. EPiServer's commitment to its channel remains strong with more than 300 resellers attending the EPiServer Partner Summit in June 2010.
