EPIC adds Southeast Region Risk Consultant Ken Glanton

BIRMINGHAM, Ala., Jan. 13, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- EPIC Insurance Brokers and Consultants, a retail property & casualty insurance brokerage and employee benefits consultant, announced today that Ken Glanton has joined the firm's Birmingham-based National Energy Construction Practice as a Risk Consultant. Glanton joins a rapidly growing team of risk management and insurance professionals serving larger, complex construction and energy companies across the country.

Glanton brings nearly 10 years of successful sales, business development and consulting experience to EPIC. Across the first three years of his career while at Integrated Medical Systems, Glanton ranked #6 among 82 sales people nationally. He was later responsible for launching a 5-state southeast territory for EquipSystems, LLC, where he issued nearly a million dollars in new service contracts in the first year of this assignment.

Glanton comes to EPIC from commercial insurance broker Assured Neace Lukens in Nashville, Tennessee, where he provided consultative services in the development, implementation and oversight of strategic risk management programs for large and mid-sized companies.
