EOIR Technologies, Inc. Awarded $22.9 Million TFE Contract

FREDERICKSBURG, Va., Oct. 9, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- EOIR Technologies, Inc., a portfolio company of The White Oak Group, announced today that it has been awarded a $22.9 million Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) contract for Technical Forensics and Exploitation Support (TFE) for the U.S. Army's Intelligence and Information Warfare Directorate (I2WD), Technical Characterization and Exploitation (TC&E) Branch, Cyber Offensive Operations (CO2) Division.

Ricardo Lorenzo, Vice President of EOIR's Intelligence and Combat Information (ICI) Directorate, made the announcement. "EOIR is excited about extending our current support to I2WD by working with the TC&E Branch within CO2," said Lorenzo. "We look forward to supporting their real world, mission critical function."

CO2 provides research and development technologies to the Warfighter to meet the requirements of Overseas Contingency Operations. The TFE program enables CO2 to analyze and reproduce technological threats currently used against Warfighters. As the prime contractor on this effort, EOIR will provide support to CO2 for program and technical management, threat characterization, replication, testing, prototype development, engineering and technical documentation, and logistics.

The TFE program has a 12-month base period and an additional 12-month option. This program will be supported at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland; Washington, DC; locations in Virginia and Florida; and various OCONUS locations.
