"Although we have long been a contractor for the Huntsville Corps, this is a benchmark win for EODT because we competed and were selected as a Large Business," said EODT president and CEO Matt Kaye. As prime contractor, EODT is joined by two key subcontractors for environmental support: CAPE, a small business known for global environmental remediation services; and SAIC, a large global environmental science and engineering company with specialized expertise in managing recovered chemical warfare materials. "We have balanced the EODT WERS team with a number of small business and specialty subcontractors, EOTI, Focus Environmental, HGL, and Alabama A&M Research Institute, to add depth and breadth."
EODT has provided munitions response services to the Huntsville Corps of Engineers continuously as a prime contractor since 1996, growing its capabilities to mirror the expanding program requirements.
