Envirosystems Inc. Appoints Anthony G. Fernandes and Laurie Tugman to Board of Directors

DARTMOUTH, NS, Aug. 26, 2015 /PRNewswire/ - Envirosystems is pleased to announce the appointment of Anthony (Tony) G. Fernandes and  Laurie Tugman as directors to Envirosystems' Board of Directors. Both appointments are effective immediately.

About Anthony G. Fernandes

Mr. Fernandes has had a long and distinguished career. He has served as Chairman, CEO and President of Philip Services Corporation, and held a variety of senior management and financial positions at Atlantic Richfield Company (ARCO) over 30 years, including as Chairman of ARCO Chemical. Mr. Fernandes currently sits on the boards of ABM Industries, Baker Hughes Incorporated, Black & Veatch and Cytec Industries.

About Laurie Tugman

Mr. Tugman is the former President and CEO of Marsulex Inc. and has over 30 years of experience in financial and operational management in the industrial waste management, environmental compliance, and oil and gas industries. He is currently Chair of Nexterra Systems Corp. and sits on the boards of Newalta Corporation and  Pinova Holdings. Mr. Tugman graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Western Ontario and was elected a Fellow Chartered Professional Accountant.
