Environmental Data Resources Appoints James B. Stanton as Vice President of Products and Marketing
MILFORD, Conn., Jan. 4, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Rob Barber, CEO of Environmental Data Resources, the nation's leading provider of environmental risk management reports for companies and properties, today announced that James B. Stanton has joined the company as vice president of products and marketing. Based in EDR's headquarters in Milford, Connecticut, Mr. Stanton will oversee EDR's product management, marketing, digital and social media, and business development teams.

Mr. Stanton brings extensive product development and marketing experience to EDR. Prior to this appointment, he spent four years with Gartner, the world's leading information technology research and advisory firm, in various roles including vice president of marketing, vice president of product management, and global product marketing director. Before Gartner, Mr. Stanton held numerous marketing and advertising roles in a variety of industries including hospitality and retail banking.
